​Designed to fit your personal or group collective needs, classes incorporate practices from Ashtanga, Iyengar, Ipsula Tantric Yoga and Yin. 

 

From gentle, to rehabilitative, to vinyasana flow, our Yoga asana's and meditation practices are available to groups and individuals
