Accupressure

Thai Massage

Involving soft tissue manipulation, Feldenkrais massge seeks to affect change by working directly with your nervous system

Pilates Massage

Reiki (Usui)

 A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing through the power of universal energy.

Soft Tissue Release

An advanced sports massage technique that is used to assess, stretch, and manage the soft tissues in the body. This approach to massage can often facilitate faster healing after an injury.

Swedish

Designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. 

Trigger Point

Supports the releasing or softening of a muscle knot to reduce (or eliminate) the knot pain and associated pain.

Deep Tissue

Aims to release the patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas

Healing Touch
